Lorraine Moffitt
MA, LAC – Licensed Associate Counselor
Are you looking for a therapist who brings warmth, empathy, and a commitment to helping people of all ages navigate life’s transitions? I’m Lorraine Moffitt, a Licensed Associate Counselor who combines evidence-based approaches to therapy with a genuine respect for each client’s cultural background and personal story.
Previously, I provided counseling in school-based settings and developed skills in assessing, planning, and supporting diverse clients toward emotional well-being. As a former collegiate soccer player and coach, I bring a team-oriented mindset and a belief in perseverance and growth to my work, helping clients tap into their own strengths and stay motivated even during difficult times.
I work with individuals, families, children, adolescents, and adults, offering therapy tailored to each person’s needs. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, stress, relational issues, trauma, or just feeling stuck, I believe in collaboration, strength-based work, and helping you find tools to build resilience.
I’m currently under the supervision of Dr. Erica Geraci, Licensed Psychologist (NJ License #35SI00662700), while working toward full independent licensure. I look forward to being part of your journey to greater clarity, healing, and growth.
