FEES

I am an in-network provider for both Horizon BCBS and Aetna. For all other insurance companies, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. Please confirm with your insurance company whether you have out-of-network benefits prior to our first session.

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, or credit card via your secure client portal.

One-on-one PSYCHOTHERAPY & coaching services

  • $200 for an in-person or virtual (45 minute session)

  • $250 for couples/ family in-person or virtual (60 minutes session)

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

1. Advance Notice Requirement:

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. This policy ensures that the time reserved for you is respected and allows me to offer the time to other clients who may need it.

2. Late Cancellations:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 75% of the session fee.

3. No-Show Policy:

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in being charged the full session fee.

4. Late Arrivals:

• If you arrive late to a session, the remaining time will be used for the session, but the full session fee will still apply.
